-Kelsey Bell-
A Pacific Northwest native, Kelsey has spent her entire life playing in Oregon. If you ask her where she’s from, an easy answer is Oregon.
But, where in Oregon? That’s a tougher one to pin down.
Kelsey was born and raised in the valley, then moved to Central Oregon where she and her husband raised their family in high-desert and mountain filled paradise. He is originally from Eastern Oregon, where almost all their extended family still lives.
Currently, they find themselves living in the Portland- Metro area again…oh, and doesn’t the beach always feel like home?
So, if you ask where home is, she’ll probably answer simply, “outdoors”. That’s why Oregon will always be the answer. The variety of wilderness, landscape, wildlife and weather are the most appealing reasons to stay put.
Too many adventures left to be had in the Pacific Northwest!
MUWD
MUWD was born from a simple idea,
a great question,
and a family tradition.
a simple idea
Life is one of the only gifts you are given whose value and quality have everything to do with what you put into it. Your life can transform when you allow it to matter in a way that pushes doubt and caution out of the equation. When you believe that the quality of the life you’re living is as important as the life itself, beautiful things are possible.
a great question
Why not? I mean really, why not. If the answer is a long list of fears and doubts, you may want to go back to the start and ask again. If you separate from fear and doubt, you might find the answers you didn’t know you were looking for. The day MUWD was born I asked myself, “why not?” and without the fear and doubt in play, courage slipped in and we came up with a lot of (shrug) nothin’…in that silence came a flood of hope, excitement and creative ideas for the business.
a family tradition
music up + windows down (MUWD). You know you’re in the PNW when this is tradition. No matter the time of year, we practice it. You don't even have to know the words, or care about tidy hair! Turn up the music and grab that fresh wild air, it's the recipe for every great adventure... including starting your own business.
